" Snap Shots from Gay Pride Day in New York City"

It was all about celebration. I think this was the most energetic Pride March I have eye witnessed.  Friday's Supreme Court Ruling for Gay Marriage made us so happy.

Happiness was on the air !  Even thought a small rain was falling down we felt the sun was smiling down on us above thin gray clouds, which were waiting to fade away.  

It was almost like saying that every thing will be OK if we stay strong together.   

Maybe, rain drops were tears of happiness from Up there ?

I saw many kids in the march, more than in any other years.  Just like some big banner said "PRIDE IS FOR KIDS TOO !"

 without those brave plaintiffs Pride Weekend was not same.

Supreme Court Decides "YES for Gay Marrige"

Today is the Greatest Day !!
I thought this day never will come in my life time.
But it had come...
Guess I have to start planning the Big Wedding Party.

WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court handed down a landmark decision on marriage equality Friday, ruling that the constitution upholds same-sex marriages and guaranteeing a national right to same-sex unions.

In a 5-4 decision, the justices ruled that the14th Amendment requires states to license marriages between same-sex couples. The justices also ruled that states must recognize same-sex marriages when a marriage is performed out of state.
