"Building from the Past, really ?"

The new TWA Hotel is a seven-story split structure that sits behind Eero Saarinen's Jet Age landmark, the TWA Flight Center, at New York's John F. Kennedy Airport.
The glass-clad building features 512 rooms, a rooftop pool, a bar inside a vintage plane, and a 10,000-square-foot observation deck that looks out over incoming international flights in Jamaica Bay.
The structure had been closed to the public over 18 years.
Maybe I should add 1-extra night at JFK for my next trip...

"End Game"

I was not a fan from season-1.
But, I caught up with it around season-4.
It look more than few hours of binge-watching to catch up who is who.
After that I became such a big fan.
This last season was almost like watching big budget movies every Sunday night.
I heard that some people are not happy how it ended.
But I'm not one of them.
Of course I wish I can see a Dragon Flying one more time...

"IRIS / flowers of the month"

I think in Japan Iris is the flower for the month of MAY.
After Sunday service at "New York Buddhist Church" I've got huge bunch of Irises.
So I made them into 2 Big Bouquets.
Our home is Seriously MAY.

By the way, those are not typical Iris you see at Florists.
They are Garden Growing "Bearded Iris"

"KOI NOBORI"

"Koinobori", meaning "Carp Streamer" in Japanese, are carp-shaped windsocks traditionally flown in Japan to celebrate "Tango No Sekku", a traditional calendrical event which is now designated a national holiday; "Children's Day (Kodomo no Hi)."  These wind socks are made by drawing carp patterns on paper, cloth or other non woven fabric.  They are then allowed to flutter in the wind.
They are also known as "Satsuki Nobori"
Children's Day takes place on May 5th.  Landscapes across Japan are decorated with "Koinobori" from the end of April to early May, in honor of children for a good future and in the hope that they will grow up healthy and strong.
A typical "Koinobori-set" consist of, from the top of the pole down, a pair of arrow-spoked wheel(Yaguruma) with a ball-shaped spinning vane, Flying-Dragon-Streamer (Hiryu-Fukinagashi) that looks like a wind sock.  Number and meaning of the carp socks or Koinobori that fly beneath the streamer has changed over time.
Traditionally, the set would contain a Black-Koinobori representing the father, followed by a smaller, Red-Koinobori representing the his eldest son.  If more boys were in the household, an traditional Blue, Green and then, then depending on the region, either Purple or Orange Koinobori were added.
After the government's decree that converted "Boy's Day(Tango No Sekku)" into the present "Children's Day(Kodomo No Hi)" the holiday came to celebrate the happiness of both boys and girls.  As a result, the Red-Koinobori came to represent the mother of the family and it is not uncommon for the color to be varied as Pink.  Similarly, the other colors and sizes of carp came to represent all the family's children, both sons and daughters.
At the present, the Koinobori are commonly flown above the roof of hoses with children, with the biggest (black) Koinobori for the father, next biggest (red or pink) for the mother, and an traditional, smaller carp of different color for each child in decreasing order by age.

" The photo I love most..."

I took many photos in the park last Saturday.
And I love this shot very much...
Pinkish new leaves reminds me that Spring is here,
Flower petals contrasting new lawn on the ground is my favorite part.

"Saturday in the Park"

My dear friend planned to do "HANAMI (Sakura Blossom Viewing)" last Saturday.
It was cold but the hard rain was stopped by the morning.  Even the sun came out occasionally.  It was a last chance to do "HANAMI" this spring.  Surprisingly lots of Sakura blossoms were still on the trees.  The area of the central park we had the picnic was visited by many people who had the same idea as we had.
So, these are pictures of the fun time we had in the Central Park.

Many groups had the same idea how to spend a Spring weekend in the park.
It looked like everyone was enjoying Big Flower Balls cascading over them.

This was us, having great time...

When we were ready to pack up the Sun came out again
and Blue sky was accompanying it.
What a lovely "Saturday in the Park"

"Game of Thrones - Light of the Seven (Violin Cover)"

I just watched "The Long Night" for the second time.
There were so many things were happening at the same time.
I needed to see again to make sure I didn't missed things happened on the TV.
It was still a great night fight scenes.
This maybe a better music to listen after the heavy episode.
