Last week Jonathan had a Birthday.

And my dear friend was spending two weeks in Manhattan 

before she moved back to Tokyo.

She invited us for dinner to celebrate his birthday & her very last supper in Manhattan.

We could find a table at the dining room in "Gramercy Tavern"

It has reputation for great seasonable menu & impeccable service.

Dining Room offers only the Tasting Menu.

Jonathan doesn't like Asparagus, so he asked to change.

After 2 hours of pampered luxurious dining the Sun was still up.

We needed some slow walking to savor great food.

Some people were just beginning to started their dinner at outside tables.

East 20th Street was quite a restaurant block.

New Yorkers are enjoying dining out Early Summer Evening.
