This is my newest way of serving "CRUDITE"
Making Popsicles with colorful Vegetables.
I started serving them like them around Thanksgiving day last year.
So far people are liking my new Veggie Pops.
What do you think ?
Veggie Pops with "MISO & GOMA" Dipping.
The most difficult part of making this was finding colorful and nice shape of vegetables at the Market. I used Japanese bamboo-skewers which use for YAKITORI. You probably see it at Japanese restaurant before. And had fun arranging those Veggie Pops at the party site. If you want to make this "Veggie Pops" don't forget to get "Haricots Verts" or "String Beans" for filler. Believe me you need them...
