" SOBA Lunch, UDON Lunch "



It was a very nice Spring Satuday yesterday.
We decided to take a walk to a Japanese grocery shop in the Village.
I needed things for the coming week.
After outing, I decided to have Cold SOBA for late lunch.
To company it, I cooked CHIKUWA with KABAYAKI-Sauce.
It made perfect side dish for light lunch.



Sunday,  Today has been raining since I got up.
It feels like back to March.
What difference a day makes....
So, lunch today is Warm Udon Noodle,
with Aburaage(deep-fried TOFU), Wakame-seaweed, and Scallion. 
I'm so glad that we did Japanese grocery shopping yesterday.
