I had a pack of Azuki Beans in cupboard for while.
And somebody told me that if you keep it for too long it will take a long time to cook.
So, I decided to make ANKO or Sweet Bean Paste before it gets too hot to do it.
I soaked the Azuki Beans overnight, then started to cook them the following morning.
It took almost 2 hours to make a pot of ANKO.
I realised that 1 pack of Azuki made way too much ANKO for two of us.
So, I asked a few friends that if they wanted some ?
And answer was "Yes, Please !"
And one of them asked me if I wanted to have White Bread for "ANKO Toast"
It's a thick sliced white bread tasted and butted,
and served with spoonful ANKO on top.
It called "ANKO Toast"
The most important things for "Anko-Toast" is
Put lots of Butter on the toast before you place ANKO on it, I think.
