"Crudite Basket for The Turkey Day""

I did spend Thanksgiving Day afternoon at my friends' home.  It became my tradition for this very special Food Holiday.  It also became the yearly activity for me to make a Vegetable Basket for the Dinner Party as I watched Parade on TV.
I did go to the Farmers' Market Wednesday morning to discover not many good looking vegetables this year.  Also It was raining and it got very cold in New York much earlier than regular years.  That may have something to do with it.  So, I ended up with produce from supermarkets.  Whatever looks fresh and colorful I got for the basket.  Instead of just posting final look of the bascket, I'll show you process of making it.
I don't think it is necessary to explain, I just want to show you how I made it...

< Getting Ready for the Dinner Party >

This year I made two dipping sauces.
One is shown here in the Photo.  Everybodys' favorite "Miso-Goma."
Which was gone by the end of the cocktail hour.
The other one is "Bagna Caulda"  garlic and anchovy  flavored Olive Oil.
It is missing in this photo,  just because I was in the kitchen making it Hot.
After all, the name means "Hot Bath" so it has to be served HOT !
