" Pork Roast "



Jonathan brought back from the market a Big Chunk of Pork with bone & skin. 
He said that was all they had.
When I have plenty of time for cooking I don't mind the of a challenge new dish.
What else can you do when you've got stock at home.
there is only so much TV time you can handle in a day.

So I started to cook that meat at middle of day yesterday 
started with skinning the meat.
 

Placed the meat in the dutch oven 
along with quartered onions and lots of garlic

4 hours later the meat got tender 
and all good-things from bone were in the cooking liquid.

Dinner time, 
I plated the Pork with quickly made Chinese Cabbage & Shiso Coleslaw.
