" Curry UDON "


Whenever I decided to make Japanese Style Curry I make it in a large pot.
And it will make at least 3~4 meals for 2~3 people.
Believe it or not, "Curry" is a very popular dish in Japan. 
We have it year around at restaurants or at home.
It is different from Indian Style Curry.
It's more like British Brown Gravy with Veggies & choice of Protein.
Many families have their own secret to make it special.
Some people add Banana or Apple to it.
Mine is to add some Japanese ingredients like KONNYAKU, LOTUS-ROOTS.
And we alway had "Curry Udon" with very last of that pot.
It is a perfect dish for Cold Winter Days like today....
