" Mothers Day Lunch & Dinner "

Tuna Salad Wrap
Mixed Mini Sweet Peppers with Apricot Stilton Cheese
Accompanied by Trois Nois (black tea) from "Mariage Freres, Paris"





< Dinner >

MENU
Stripe Salad with String Beans, Yellow Peppers, Grape Tomatoes.
Individual Round Meatloaves with Tomato Sauce, Stewed Carrots.
Side Dish of Orange Pickled Sliced Celery.



Even though we couldn't celebrate with friends, we had a good Mothers Day.
At least we ate well, if I may say so myself.
